ROUNDTABLE SERIES

10DX AI & Data

AI in banking has moved from experimentation into production. 10DX AI & Data is an invitation-only roundtable series where senior data, AI and technology leaders examine why AI investment is not translating into impact, and what it takes to make it work in live environments.
Overview
Banks across Asia, the Middle East and Australia are running more AI projects than they can deploy. The decision to invest has already been made. The challenge is execution. Models that perform well in development fail in production. Data pipelines break at scale. Validation and change management processes slow deployment. The gap between AI investment and real impact is widening.
Data is a major constraint. Fragmented architectures, inconsistent quality and siloed ownership limit how far AI can go. Institutions that are making progress have made deliberate decisions about data platforms, governance and operating models, not just tooling.
10DX AI & Data brings together 12 to 14 senior banking data and AI leaders for closed-door roundtable dinners on a single focused topic. No presentations. No product pitches. Chatham House Rule throughout. Each session focuses on a specific production or data challenge, including deploying models, scaling AI systems and building data platforms that support real use cases.
Sessions are held across APAC, the Middle East and Africa, with each market treated as a distinct ecosystem with its own regulatory expectations, data infrastructure and AI maturity.
10DX AI & Data is a 10DX initiative, produced by the team behind 10DX, which has convened senior banking and financial services leaders across emerging markets since 2020.
